Uninstallation problems typically arise when attempting to uninstall via the control panel, resulting in termination and unsuccessful completion of the uninstallation process.

Once you have downloaded the Microsoft removal tool, please follow these steps:
1. After starting it, the following dialog box should appear, click on "Next":

2. Select "Uninstalling":

3. Now select "PDFCreator" and click "Next":

4. Then click on "Yes, try uninstall":

5. PDFCreator should now be successfully uninstalled. The final dialog box can then be closed.
