How do I manage my PDFCreator licenses?
Do you need to extend your license or an old, unused machine from your license, to install PDFCreator on your new workstation?
After accessing our customer portal, you will see the following screen:
Renew your license
If you wish to renew your license, use the Extend License button and follow the instructions provided.
Revoke a machine
If you want to release the activation of a machine, you have the following option:
- Revoke:
Click the Revoke all x machines button to reset the activation counter temporarily.
Please note, that a revoke will not unblock a blocked machine! Do not use the revoke feature, if you wish to unlock a blocked machine! Simply contact us via the contact form, we will gladly unblock the machine for you.
