After accessing our customer portal, you will be able to see the following page, where you can then manage your licenses.
How to renew your license:
If you wish to renew your license, click on "Extend License" and follow the instructions provided.
How to revoke a machine:
If you want to release the activation of a machine, you can revoke it:
- Click the "Revoke all x machines" button to reset the activation counter temporarily
Do not use the revoke feature, if you wish to unlock a blocked machine! Simply contact us via the contact form, we will gladly unblock the machine for you.
