The most common causes for code 1155 are:
- There is already a version of PDFCreator installed on the system, which the MSI can't remove (because it was installed with an .exe installer).
- The machine can't connect to our license server during the setup (check firewall and proxy settings)
- The MSI isn't run with full admin permissions. If you are running the MSI from cmd, make sure to explicitly start the cmd.exe as admin via the context menu (even if the user is admin, Windows will start the cmd.exe in user mode otherwise).
