      Operating Systems

      For PDFCreator Free and Professional, we recommend:

      • Windows 11

      Other compatible operating systems are: Windows 10, Windows 8

      PDFCreator can still be installed on Windows 7. However, it has not been tested and may not work. Please understand, that we no longer offer support for this, as Microsoft also discontinued support for Windows 7 on January 14, 2020.

      For PDFCreator Terminal Server we recommend:

      • Windows Server 2022
      • Windows Server 2019
      • Windows Server 2016
      Other compatible operating systems are: Windows Server 2012 R2

      For PDFCreator Server we recommend:

      • Windows Server 2022
      • Windows Server 2019
      • Windows Server 2016
      Other compatible operating systems are: Windows Server 2012 R2

      If you are using older versions of Windows or Windows Server and need support, please contact us via support.

      P.S.: If you are using Windows Server 2003, please use PDFCreator Server 1.2.0.

      Note: The desktop application of PDFCreator is not available on macOS, iOS or Android. 

      However, you can use our online tools directly in your browser using PDFCreator Online.
